Processing

We do our absolute best to get your order packed and shipped within 1-3 business days, but please understand that there are some exceptions like weather, sale days, weekends and holidays. You should expect your orders within 2-4 days of processing.

Domestic Shipping

$9.95 flat rate shipping on all orders.

Please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping or cover the cost of return shipping. Wax Buffalo is not responsible for packages after they have been deemed delivered by USPS.  Please track your packages and watch for them whenever possible.

Return/Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange or accept returns on unused products purchased online within 30 days of purchase. We will also gladly replace any damaged or defective products within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we can not cover the cost of return shipping of products that were not damaged or defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 business days of receipt.

Wax Buffalo is not responsible for items broken or damaged by the customer after leaving our store.
