WHEN AND WHERE?
The Winter Market on O. Street will take place Saturday, December 2nd from 11:00am-5:00pm in the Lincoln Haymarket, under the O. Street bridge.
APPLICATIONS?
Vendor applications for the second annual Winter Market on O. Street are closed at this time.
BOOTH PRICING?
Standard 10’ x 10’ Booth: $175.00
Standard 10’ x 10’ Booth WITH electrical access*: $225.00
*Please note that space heaters are not permitted due to fire codes.
HOW MANY VENDORS ARE ACCEPTED?
Last year, in the first year of the event, over 70 makers and brands were showcased as part of the Winter Market on O. Street. This year, we’re excited to announce expansion plans and opportunities!
VENDOR REQUIREMENTS?
10’ x 10’ tent, unless otherwise decided (i.e. food truck, etc.)
Nebraska Sales Tax ID
Insurance Coverage
Food vendors must provide appropriate food permits.
SET UP AND TEAR DOWN?
Set-up and tear down will take place outside of event hours. Accepted vendors will receive specific times and instructions at a later time.
WHAT ABOUT BOOTH SHARING?
Booth sharing is not permitted at this time. One vendor per each booth space, please.
VENDOR PASSES?
Each accepted vendor will receive 2 free passes into the event. Vendors will receive lanyard badges to be worn at all times.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FOR AN AUDIENCE?
Wax Buffalo's Winter Market on O Street is an experience for all ages. Last December (in the very first year of the event!) we welcomed more than 4,000 humans to the streets of the Haymarket–brimming with holiday cheer, magical memories, and local makers. This year, we’re already gearing up with even bigger and better dreams.
WHAT IS THE WEATHER POLICY?
The show will go on rain, snow, or shine!
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Vendor fees are non-refundable.
