return/exchange policy

we are happy to exchange or accept returns on unused products purchased online within 30 days of purchase. we will also gladly replace any damaged or defective products within 30 days of purchase.  unfortunately we can not cover the cost of return shipping of products that were not damaged or defective.

once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 business days shipping.

we do not refund the cost of shipping or cover the cost of return shipping. Wax Buffalo is not responsible for packages after they have been deemed delivered by USPS.  please track your packages and be watching for them when possible.

wax buffalo is not responsible for items broken or damaged by the customer after leaving our store.
 
we have the right to refuse service, purchases, or returns to any customer.
